Warranty Terms – Fun Padel

A. Legal Warranty

1. All products sold by Fun Padel (SURPRESACENTUADA UNIPESSOAL LDA) are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of 18 October and other applicable legislation.

   The warranty period is:

   • 2 years for all new goods and equipment;
   • 1 year for refurbished or display items.

2. During this period, the consumer is entitled, in case of a verified lack of conformity, to repair or replacement of the product, a proportional price reduction, or contract termination, as provided by law.

3. To exercise warranty rights, the customer must present a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt issued by Fun Padel).

4. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing via funpadel15@gmail.com, including the order number, description of the defect, and—if possible—photos of the item.

B. Warranty Conditions

• The warranty applies only to manufacturing or material defects existing at the time of delivery.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • damage caused by improper or negligent use, lack of maintenance, or incorrect storage;
  • accidental damage, drops, impacts, or exposure to liquids;
  • normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, aesthetic fading, worn grips or rubber parts).
• Fun Padel reserves the right to perform a technical inspection to verify the cause of the defect before approving any repair or replacement.

1. When a product is purchased for business or professional use, it is covered by a six-month warranty of proper functioning, under the Portuguese Civil Code.
2. The defect must be reported to Fun Padel within 30 days of being detected.
3. The professional customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, provided that the defect is proven to have existed at the time of delivery.

1. These warranty terms are valid only within Portugal and the European Union for products purchased through www.funpadel.pt.
2. The warranty does not cover indirect losses, data loss, loss of profit, or any economic consequence resulting from product downtime.
3. The customer is responsible for reading all product manuals and maintenance instructions provided with the purchase. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

The application of Fun Padel warranties does not exclude the rights granted under Law No. 84/2021 or any other legal consumer rights.
