Delivery Conditions – Fun Padel

Subject to product availability, Fun Padel will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that, except in exceptional circumstances, the products listed in a “Shipping Confirmation” are delivered on the indicated date or, if none, within 30 (thirty) days from the “Order Receipt Confirmation”.

Orders are shipped only on business days.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded from delivery estimates.

All dates are indicative only.

Delivery Scope

Sales on www.funpadel.pt are intended for deliveries within mainland Portugal, the Islands, and other EU countries.

Each country may have different costs and timelines according to Fun Padel’s logistics partners.

Upon first visit, the Customer should select the destination country.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery options and costs are always updated at 👉 www.funpadel.pt/shipping (link to be added).

For orders over €60, delivery is free within mainland Portugal, unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Shipping and Tracking

A DHL tracking code will be sent within 24 hours after dispatch.

Minor delays may occur in the tracking system update.

If tracking is not active within 48 hours, please contact us at funpadel15@gmail.com or +351 963 781 168.

Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

When selecting Click & Collect, tracking will not be available.

Notifications (via email or SMS) will be sent once the order is ready for pickup at the Fun Padel store.

DHL Deliveries

DHL ensures door-to-door delivery throughout Portugal and the EU.

If the Customer is unavailable on the scheduled date, delivery can be rescheduled with DHL or collected from a pickup point.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 9 business days
  • Islands and EU countries: 9 to 30 business days (depending on air or sea transport), except in cases beyond Fun Padel’s control (adverse weather, strikes, etc.).

Possible Reasons for Delay

  • Product personalization
  • Special orders or custom items
  • Unforeseen circumstances (stock shortages, system issues, etc.)
  • Delivery location
  • Temporary unavailability of items

Any delay relative to estimates does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

If delivery cannot be completed on time, the Customer may choose to:

  1. maintain the order with an extended deadline, or
  2. cancel for a full refund within 14 business days after providing refund details.

If the refund is not processed in that time, the Customer is entitled to double the amount paid plus any additional damages.

Weekend and Holiday Deliveries

No deliveries on weekends or public holidays, unless expressly stated by Fun Padel or its partners.

Proof of Delivery & Transfer of Risk

An order is considered “delivered” once the recipient’s signature appears on the carrier’s receipt.

Responsibility for the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Partial Deliveries

Orders are normally sent in a single shipment.

However, Fun Padel may split shipments if some items are delayed or unavailable.

Customers will be notified by email.

Verification at Delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the package condition.

If damage is visible, note it on the DHL delivery form or refuse the parcel.

If the item itself is damaged, return it immediately.

Refund will be issued once the warehouse confirms return.

If no claim is made within 30 days of delivery, the products are considered accepted.

Bulky Items

Items marked as large or heavy require special handling (logistics assistance included).

Typically products over 30 kg and/or 120 cm in size.

Assembly is not included unless stated at checkout.

Updating Delivery Address

The Customer is responsible for keeping the address up to date.

Changes after shipment may cause delays.
