These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) are agreed between SURPRESACENTUADA UNIPESSOAL LDA, headquartered at Rua Branca Edmée Marques nº 122, 2755-237 Alcabideche, Cascais, corporate entity no. 518 744 175, hereinafter referred to as “Fun Padel”, and any individual wishing to make an online purchase through the website www.funpadel.pt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” and the “Customer”, respectively).

The Website is owned and operated by Fun Padel, and its online sales services are available exclusively to natural persons acting as consumers and not for commercial purposes.

A Customer is considered an individual purchasing goods outside the scope of their trade, business, or profession.

If you are not a Customer within this definition, please refrain from making purchases on the Website.

Fun Padel reserves the right not to process orders placed by individuals who do not qualify as consumers or whose purchases suggest a commercial purpose.
