Payment Security – Fun Padel

In order to ensure maximum security for all transactions carried out on www.funpadel.pt, payments are processed exclusively through certified remote electronic payment service providers, in full compliance with the European PSD2 Directive (Payment Services Directive 2).

All card details used during online purchases are encrypted and transmitted securely directly to the payment providers — Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — without any third party, including Fun Padel, having access to the transmitted information.

Payment by credit or debit card is subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entities.

If the card issuer does not authorize payment, Fun Padel cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the item(s), and reserves the right to refuse to complete the transaction.

Fun Padel shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, including but not limited to:

• failures or delays in electronic communications;
• interception or manipulation of such communications by third parties;
• infection by computer viruses or other malicious software.

All payment information is treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of processing the purchase or refund, in the case of returned items.

Fun Padel guarantees that no credit or debit card data is stored at any stage of the process.
