Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to resort to official and independent entities that can assist them in resolving or advising on a consumer dispute, before resorting to the Courts.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, suppliers of goods or service providers established in national territory must inform consumers about the available ADR entities or those to which they are bound by adhesion or by legal obligation resulting from mandatory arbitration, and must also indicate their respective websites.
Fun Padel (SURPRESACENTUADA UNIPESSOAL LDA) has not, to date, adhered to any specific alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
However, consumers may consult and contact any of the officially recognized alternative dispute resolution entities in Portugal.
