The Customer may return or exchange any item purchased on www.funpadel.pt within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, provided that the product:
Products that have been used beyond the simple opening of the packaging, show signs of wear, or have been damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges apply only to purchases made in Portugal and the European Union.
⚖️ This 30-day period includes the legal right of withdrawal (“direito de livre resolução”) provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, allowing consumers to cancel their purchase within a minimum of 14 days without providing any reason.
All products sold by Fun Padel, regardless of brand, are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity in accordance with European law.
If a product shows a defect or malfunction, the Customer must contact our Customer Support Service at funpadel15@gmail.com, providing the order number and a description of the issue.
Return shipping costs within the warranty period will be covered by Fun Padel, provided that a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Upon receipt of the item, a technical inspection will be carried out.
If a defect is verified, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to the Customer.
If the defect is found to be due to misuse, impact, or liquid damage, the item will be excluded from warranty coverage.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:
If the Customer purchased through Click & Collect or collected the order at a Fun Padel store or partner location, the return may be made at the same point of collection.
Returns and exchanges in-store are free of charge.
The Customer must present the purchase invoice or proof of payment at the time of return.
Once the product is verified, an immediate refund will be issued (for card, MB Way, or PayPal payments).
For large or heavy items (over 30 kg or longer than 1.5 m), the Customer must schedule a collection with Fun Padel.
Requests should be made by email to funpadel15@gmail.com, indicating the order number and reason for return.
Collection will be arranged by DHL, with a mutually convenient date and time.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase:
Refund timeframes begin after confirmation of receipt and inspection of the returned item by Fun Padel.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and verified in the warehouse.
If the Customer returns an item by post, they must retain the shipping proof until confirmation of receipt by Fun Padel.

Returns are free of charge for purchases made in Portugal and the European Union.
The maximum period to exercise the right of return is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Fun Padel reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges made after this period.
