Wilson Premier Padel specifications

Who are Wilson Premier Padel balls for?

For players who want the professional tour ball and play in fast conditions: summer, hot indoor courts or altitude. If you play in the cold or at sea level, the Wilson Premier Padel Speed gives more pace.

Strengths

• Tour ball: the same ball family used at Premier Padel tournaments.
• Visibility: Dura-Weave HiVis felt is easy to see in daylight and under lights.
• Control: slows the game a little in fast conditions.

Things to consider

• In the cold or at sea level it can feel slow.
• Like any pressurised ball, it loses pressure once the tube is opened.

Wilson Premier Padel or Premier Padel Speed: which one?

Both are official tour balls and share the same felt. The Premier Padel is for fast conditions and the Speed for slow ones; at the 2026 Miami P1, for example, the men played with the Premier Padel and the women with the Speed. If you want the Spanish Federation ball, look at the HEAD Pro+ and Pro S+.

What is the official ball of Premier Padel?

Wilson has been the official ball supplier of the Premier Padel tour since 2024, with two models: Premier Padel and Premier Padel Speed. The organisers choose which one each tournament uses depending on conditions.
