The Sweet Spot is an area on the surface of the racket where, upon impact, the ball achieves maximum speed and accuracy with minimal vibration. In round rackets, it is located in the center and is the largest (forgiving errors). In diamond-shaped rackets, it is shifted upward and is smaller, requiring high playing technique.

The frequency of replacement depends on the intensity of play. If you play 2-3 times a week, it is advisable to update your racket every 6–12 months.
