Bullpadel Vertex 05 Comfort 27

The Bullpadel Vertex 05 Comfort 27 (CMF) brings the Vertex diamond mould to a wider range of players. It replaces carbon with Fibrix faces which, according to Bullpadel, give a softer, more elastic feel that is easier on the arm. It is designed for advanced players with an all-round game.

Bullpadel Vertex 05 Comfort 27 specifications

Who is the Vertex 05 Comfort for?

For advanced players who want the reach of a diamond racket without the demands of the professional carbon models. Its ≈ 25.5 cm balance and 360–370 g weight help it move in defence and at the net. If you want more stiffness and punch, look at the carbon Vertex 05; if you are a beginner, a round racket will be easier.

Strengths

• Comfort: according to Bullpadel, the Fibrix faces give a more elastic feel that is kind to the arm.
• Lighter: about 5 g less than the standard Vertex 05.
• Spin: a rough 530 cm² Top Spin surface.

Things to consider

• With Fibrix faces the ball output is less crisp than on the carbon versions.
• It is still a diamond shape: less forgiving on off-centre hits than a round racket.

What changes from the standard Vertex 05?

It shares the diamond shape, MultiEVA core, Carbon Tube frame and 530 cm² Top Spin surface. The difference is in the faces: the Comfort uses Fibrix instead of carbon, for a softer, more elastic feel according to Bullpadel, and weighs 360–370 g against 365–375 g.

Vertex 05 Comfort or Hack 05 Comfort?

Both use Fibrix faces and weigh 360–370 g. The Vertex 05 Comfort is advanced-level, all-round and has a ≈ 25.5 cm balance; the Hack 05 Comfort is professional-level, attacking and has a high balance (≈ 26.5 cm).
