Bullpadel Vertex 05 26

The Bullpadel Vertex 05 26 is Juan Tello's racket and the evolution of the Vertex line. According to Bullpadel, it reinforces the core, optimises the Curv:aktiv frame and enlarges the Air Power channel. It is a professional-level racket that combines diamond-shape punch with all-round play.

Bullpadel Vertex 05 26 specifications

Who is the Vertex 05 for?

For professional-level players who attack at the net but also build points from the back. The medium feel with 12K carbon gives a balanced response, and the high balance helps on the smash. If you want an even more attacking profile and a bigger surface, look at the Vertex 05 Geo; for something less demanding, the Vertex 05 Comfort 27 is lighter with a softer feel.

Strengths

• All-round: a diamond shape with a medium feel that works in attack and defence.
• Acceleration: according to Bullpadel, the enlarged Air Power channel and optimised Curv:aktiv frame make the racket faster.
• Spin: a rough 530 cm² Top Spin surface.

Things to consider

• Professional level and high balance: not the easiest racket for improving players.
• As a diamond, its sweet spot is smaller than on round shapes.

What changes from the Vertex 04 25?

Both are diamonds with X-Tend Carbon 12K faces, a MultiEVA core, Carbon Tube frame, 530 cm² Top Spin surface and 365–375 g weight. According to Bullpadel, the Vertex 05 goes further with a reinforced core, an optimised Curv:aktiv frame and an enlarged Air Power channel.

Vertex 05 or Vertex 05 Geo?

The Vertex 05 uses 12K carbon, 530 cm² and a ≈ 25.4 cm balance. The Geo has a geometric frame, 3K carbon, the largest surface (541 cm²) and a slightly higher balance (≈ 26 cm), with a more attacking focus.
