Who is the Vertex 04 for?
For advanced or professional players with an attacking game who smash often and want a head-heavy racket. If you follow how the model evolved, the Vertex 04 25 and Vertex 05 came later; if you need a more forgiving racket, a hybrid or round shape will be more comfortable.
Strengths
- Power: a diamond shape and high balance designed for smashing.
- Frame: according to Bullpadel, the variable-section Curv:aktiv frame adds stiffness and spreads vibration better.
- Spin: a rough Top Spin surface.
Things to consider
- The high balance calls for technique and arm strength; it is not a beginner racket.
- Bullpadel has since released later versions, the Vertex 04 25 and the Vertex 05.
Vertex 04 2024 or Vertex 04 25?
They share the diamond shape, high balance, 365–375 g, X-Tend Carbon 12K, MultiEVA core, Carbon Tube frame and Top Spin surface. According to Bullpadel, the 25 version enlarges the Air Power channel in the frame for a lighter swing; the 2024 model was the one that introduced the variable-section Curv:aktiv frame over the Vertex 03.
Vertex 04 2024 or Vertex 05 Geo?
The Vertex 04 is a classic 12K carbon diamond. The 2026 Vertex 05 Geo has a diamond-based geometric frame, 3K carbon faces and a 541 cm² surface, with a more attacking focus.
