Bullpadel Neuron 02 Comfort 27

The Bullpadel Neuron 02 Comfort 27 is the friendlier-feeling version of Federico Chingotto's Neuron in the 2027 collection: geometric shape, 360–370 g and Fibrix faces over a MultiEVA core. It is designed for advanced and professional players who want the precision of the Neuron line with easier ball output.

Bullpadel Neuron 02 Comfort 27 specifications

Who is the Bullpadel Neuron 02 Comfort 27 for?

It suits you if you build points by placing the ball, play lots of bandejas and volleys, and want a stable racket that does not punish your arm in long matches. It also fits if the Neuron 02 Edge feels too stiff for you. If you are starting out or want a light, very forgiving racket, choose a lighter round model.

Strengths and things to consider

Strengths

• Ball output: the MultiEVA core with Fibrix faces adds depth with less effort, especially in defence and transitions.
• Stability: the PrismLock frame and Neuron Core reduce twisting on fast and off-centre shots.
• Precision: the approx. 26 cm balance and geometric shape let you direct the ball accurately at the net.

Things to consider

• Demanding level: Bullpadel rates it as a professional racket, so it needs good technique to exploit its control.
• Less crisp punch: compared with the carbon Neuron 02 Edge, the medium feel takes some bite out of smashes.

Neuron 02 Comfort 27 compared with Neuron 02 Edge 27 and Vertex 05 Geo 27

The Neuron 02 Edge 27 shares the geometric mould, 535 cm² and approx. 26 cm balance, but rises to 365–375 g and uses X-Tend Carbon 3K faces with a HardEVA core and hard feel. Choose the Edge if you have a strong arm and want a firm response; the Comfort if you prefer easier ball output and comfort.

Pablo Cardona's Vertex 05 Geo 27 is also geometric with an approx. 26 cm balance, but weighs 365–375 g, offers a 541 cm² surface and X-Tend Carbon 3K faces with a medium-hard feel. It is more attacking and all-round; the Neuron 02 Comfort prioritises control and a more comfortable strike.

Questions about the Bullpadel Neuron 02 Comfort 27

Is the Neuron 02 Comfort the same as the Neuron 02 Edge Comfort?

Yes. Bullpadel sells it as the Neuron 02 Comfort 27 and calls it the Neuron 02 Edge Comfort in its description, because it brings Chingotto's Edge mould to a softer feel. Some shops use one name, others the other.

Is it suitable for an intermediate player?

Bullpadel classes it as a professional racket. An upper-intermediate player with sound technique can benefit from its ball output, but if you are still building your strokes a lighter, round racket will be easier.
