1. Height — stand straight on a level surface without shoes; measure the distance from the top of the head to the soles of the feet.
2. Neck circumference — the measuring tape passes around the base of the neck, directly above the collarbone.
3. Shoulder width — the distance across the back from one shoulder bone to the other.
4. Chest — the circumference of the chest at its widest point (across the fullest part).
5. Waist — the measurement is taken at the narrowest part of the torso.
6. Hips — the circumference at the widest point of the buttocks with feet held close together.
7. Sleeve — the length from the shoulder joint along the outside of the arm to the wrist.
8. Inseam — the distance from the crotch to the ankle bone, measured along the inner side of the leg.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
