Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 27

The Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 27 is the more forgiving version of Martín Di Nenno's Xplo for the 2027 collection: a geometric shape, 365–375 g, a 26.5 cm balance and Fibrix faces. It is aimed at advanced attacking players who want to smash hard with a more comfortable feel than full carbon gives.

Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 27 specifications

Who is the Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 27 for?

It suits you if you play on the left and like to finish points overhead with a bit more margin for error. Bullpadel describes it as geometric; its shape and high balance make it play like a diamond racket. If you are a beginner, have elbow trouble or mostly defend from the back, choose a round or teardrop racket.

Strengths and things to consider

Strengths

• Easy ball exit: the Fibrix faces and MultiEVA core send the ball deep even on shots played at lower speed.
• Stable when smashing: the hexagonal Xplo Core² tube is 3 mm thicker and handles hard impacts without flexing out of shape.
• Customisable: 3 g CustomWeight plates and Ease Vibe dampeners let you fine-tune weight, balance and vibration.

Things to consider

• Limited control: Bullpadel's own chart gives it 2 out of 5 for control, its lowest score overall.
• Firm despite the name: stiffness is rated 4 out of 5, so it is not a soft racket for sensitive arms.

Xplo Comfort 27 compared with Xplo 27 and Neuron 02 Comfort 27

The Xplo 27, also Martín Di Nenno's racket, keeps the 365–375 g weight but raises the balance to about 27 cm, swaps Fibrix for X-Tend Carbon 3K and shrinks the hitting surface to 507 cm², with a medium-hard feel. It suits professional technique and maximum power; the Comfort is more forgiving.

Federico Chingotto's Neuron 02 Comfort 27 shares Fibrix, MultiEVA and 535 cm², but weighs 360–370 g, lowers the balance to about 26 cm and uses the Neuron Core structure with a PrismLock frame. Choose it for manoeuvrability; the Xplo Comfort puts more weight in the head.

Questions about the Bullpadel Xplo Comfort 27

Why do some shops call it the Xplo 02 Comfort?

Bullpadel presents this racket as the second generation of the Xplo range, hence the "02" seen in many catalogues. The Comfort label refers to the Fibrix faces and a more forgiving response than the carbon-faced Xplo 27.

Is the Xplo Comfort 27 suitable for intermediate players?

Bullpadel aims it at advanced and professional players. A strong intermediate with a good smash can handle it, but the high balance and limited control punish inaccurate defensive shots from the back of the court.
