The Babolat Stima Spirit 2023 is a round, 335 g racket with Soft Fiber fibreglass faces, a carbon frame and a 36 mm profile. Babolat lists it in its women's padel rackets section, and it is designed for intermediate players looking for control and an all-round game.

Babolat Stima Spirit 2023 specifications

Who is the Stima Spirit 2023 for?

For intermediate players who value a light, manoeuvrable and comfortable racket with a medium-soft feel. The round shape and medium balance make control easier in defence and at the net. If you want more response with the same weight and shape, the Stima Energy 2023 with Carbon Flex is the step up.

Strengths

• Light: 335 g and a 36 mm profile, slimmer than the brand's 38 mm rackets.
• Comfortable: Soft Fiber fibreglass faces with a medium-soft feel.
• Control: a round shape and a medium balance (270 mm).

Things to consider

• Fibreglass gives less power than the Carbon Flex of the Stima Energy.
• Advanced players looking for stiffness may find it falls short.

Stima Spirit or Stima Energy 2023: which one?

They are sister rackets: same round shape, 335 g and same profile. The Stima Spirit uses fibreglass faces and is softer; the Stima Energy moves to Carbon Flex (carbon and fibreglass) for more power and targets a more advanced level.

Is the Stima Spirit 2023 a women's racket?
